The range of Blue Cross and Blue Shield licensees is stunning, yet we need to offer props to both Florida Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Hawaii Restorative Administration Affiliation (HMSA) Blue Cross and Blue Shield for adding their own particular identity to their renditions of the BC&BS logos. While Florida decided on a basic motto, with "Florida Blue," HMSA included a minor guide of the Hawaiian Islands inside the Blue Shield logo.
